‘Kanpai‘ means exactly ‘cheers‘ in Japanese, so the story goes: Akin and two of his friends were tasting the barrels and decided to create this coupe, so Akin made this blend in a honour of those two friends who been working together in Japanese bank for 25 years, this wine is a celebration of their friendship!
