This elegant blend of Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon has a flavours of intense ripe cherries, bitter chocolate, cacao, prunes, coffee beans, dry herbs, smoky notes , round tannins and soft . It is refreshing with good acidity. Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are sourced from Gazikoy vineyards whit mainly gravel ana clay soil, Shiraz is picked from Kar Nar vineyards that are located in Gallipoli sandy clay soils. This red wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged for 14 months in oak barrel. To give this wine more intense flavour in you glass air it for while and just enjoy harmony in your glass!
