Freedom is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon-Merlot-Shiraz, grapes are handpicked and fermented in stainless steel tanks later wine is aged in oak barrels for 13 months. The vineyards are located on the south-facing slopes of Ganos Mountain which is exposed to a cool breeze during the night which preserves freshness and acidity of grapes.
Round and smooth tannins with ripe red fruits, medium bodied with spices and well integrated oak. On the palate caramel, vanilla aromas with round, soft and long finish.
