This natural wine is made of 95% Sauvignon Blanc from 19 year old grapes and 5% of Muscat from 60 years old grapes. Grapes are hand picked and after delivery to winery goes through process of sorting grapes are transferred in to stainless steel tanks for fermentation process There is no yeast nor sulphur dioxide added. Indigenous yeast fermentation started on the second day lasted for 13 days with skins, than it is bottled without any filtration nor fining.
Aromas of peach, dry apricot, yellow flowers and orange, on the palate this delicious mouth watering wine is crisp with refreshing acidity, minerals and long finish.
