Terroir Series White Wine Ten Goynek is a completely new experiment by Chamlija Winery- grapes comes from Konya region, grown there for more than 70 years, by the lake Beysehir, where Hittites were growing grapes and making wine nearly 3.700 years ago.
This white wine is aged for 3 months in a new oak barrel, alcohol is 11.5%, bright light straw colour. On the nose is fruity with white fleshed fruits, citrus, lemongrass, nectarine. It has good grip on the palate, medium bodied with an elevated freshness, with rather long finish in a restrained style, interesting and different.
