Terroir Series White Wine Huyuk Ak is a completely new experiment by Chamlija Winery- Huyuk Ak grapes comes from Konya region, grown there for more than 70 years, by the lake Beysehir, where Hittites were growing grapes and making wine nearly 3.700 years ago.
This white wine is aged for 3 months in a new oak barrels, alcohol is 11.5%, almost transparent colour with green hue. On the nose is more nutty than fruity with walnut, dry wood and some herbal notes. It is light bodied with an elevated freshness, herbal and citric flavours with rather long finish in a restrained style, interesting and different.
