‘Nothing added, nothing removed’ This is Turkish Natural Orange wine Kehribar 2019 made from Narince grapes (85%) mainly and touch of Albarino (15%). The whole bunch is fermented for 21 days with wild yeast, native yeast. Natural wines are produce with minimal intervention, fermented naturally without addition of any yeast or sulphur, more pure, authentic, sustainable, there is no chemicals, no additives, no filtration, no fining. Aromas of apricot, citrus, tangerine are prominent on the nose and palate, it is dense, rich with a strong acidity and tannins.
