This sweet wine is an intensely perfumed full of honey and apricot flavours, why not end your dinner on just the right note with glass of this indulgent dessert wine.
The Semillon grapes are harvested on November 28, 2021, when grapes are picked some clusters have already developed Botrytis in grapes, so they show both late harvest and Botrytis. On the palate we have intense aromas of dry apricot, orange marmalade, hints of vanilla, dried fig, floral notes and honeydew. This wine is high in alcohol and 54 gr residual sugar which is balanced very well with refreshing acidity on the palate. It pairs very well with Christmas cakes and cheese platter and as well as cheesecake.
