This Organic red wine is dark and velvety, offers notes of spicy plums and dark fruits with soft tannins and long finish. Matured for 15 months in French oak barrels.
Estate bottled by Ongor Family from grapes grown in the Estate Sarnic Valley at 2600ft altitude. This wine goes well with grilled stake, mushroom risotto or bitter chocolate.
