A wonderful blend of Cabernet Sauvignon-Cabernet Franc-Merlot-Petit Verdot aged for 15 months in mostly new oak barrels. This red wine has a flavours of liquorice, vanilla, ripe black fruits, white pepper, coffee beans, plum, raspberry, coconut, roasted hazelnut with earthy notes. Grapes are sourced from Gazikoy vineyards which have very pebbly and clay soil. Cabernet Franc vineyards has Terra Rossa soil and some gravel, Merlot come from clay facing slopes of Ganos Mountain. This delicious red wine will age perfectly…only if you can resist!
